Cost of Buying in Edgewater Shores

A realistic starting budget in Edgewater Shores is above $500,000. There are two home series – Distinctive and Echelon. The base prices of homes for the Distinctive Series is $320,000-$360,000. The base prices for the Echelon Series starts at $410,000. Home buyers must also factor in the price of a lot which start around $30-$40k for Distinctive Series, and will go as high as $200,000 for the Echelon Series. A full pool package with pool, spa, and heater starts at $70,000 with options to upgrade from there. The last costs to factor in are options, which come in the form of structural upgrades and interior finish options. The lower range for home options start around $50,000, but can go all the way up to $200,000. For homebuyers interested in a Distinctive Series home with pool, expect to play close to $550,000 and up. An Echelon series home with pool will range from $650,000 to $850,000.

The HOA Fee in Edgewater Shores is $411 per month. What makes Pulte unique compared to the other production builders, is they are the only builder in their price range to offer customization options. Pulte describes themselves as a semi customizable home builder.

What really separates Pulte from other homebuilders in Babcock Ranch like Lennar and Meritage are two things:
